The way I recommend to go about making any major change in your life (& those around you) utilises Chris Johnstone's "Dream Cycle:*Dream*Plan*Do*Review...(and again)". One thing that local wellbeing might ultimately provide is what Heinz Wolff calls Care4Care; caring for those around us in a 'Pay It Forward' way. The business plan for employing local action for happiness co-ordinators (at £12k each for the first year) follows....

How not being as good a neighbour as you could be (with the help of your local well-being group) puts elderly people in residential homes
